Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 8–14 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, holidays, severe weather, or delays from shipping carriers.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, if available.

As a new brand, we currently do not operate our own warehouse. Instead, every order is carefully produced and fulfilled by our trusted production partners to ensure high product quality while allowing us to offer unique designs.
